We guarantee to make our best efforts to take care of your property to the best of our ability, and to do our best to help you generate the best possible return, within the parameters that you have set for us.
If at any stage you feel we have failed in our duties to you, you can claim this partner guarantee, with the reasons that you believe we have failed, and request a refund of the most recent month’s rental and concierge fees.

This encompasses prompt and transparent communication, rigorous guest screening processes, and adherence to the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards, as well as achieving revenue targets.
- Regular Property Inspections: We will conduct routine inspections to ensure your property remains in excellent condition. You will receive detailed reports outlining the property’s status, along with any recommendations for maintenance or improvements.
- Guest Satisfaction: Our focus on guest satisfaction is paramount. We will implement guest feedback mechanisms and continually refine our services to meet and exceed guest expectations, ensuring a positive experience for your guests.
- Timely Maintenance and Repairs: Any maintenance issues will be addressed promptly. Our network of reliable contractors and service providers will ensure that repairs are conducted efficiently and to your satisfaction.
- Transparent Communication: You will receive regular updates on your property’s performance, occupancy rates, and any relevant developments. We encourage open communication and will promptly address any concerns or preferences you may have.
- Revenue: We assess revenue performance on an annual basis, and not on a monthly basis. Annual revenue performance reviews are conducted after the Summer period every year.
