I just wanted to take this opportunity of being able to personally thank you and the whole Nox team for all the hard work everyone has put on over the last eight years or so that Nox has managed our apartments. I know that at times it is very detailed and exhausting especially working with very demanding guests and owners. We are so grateful that you have helped us to create a retirement nest egg which will hopefully allow Joe and I to retire one of these days!

Nox have managed my property for the past 3 years. During this time, I was an absent landlord at least 60% of the time and also let my property through Nox marketing. The rentals that they obtained were good and better than my experience with three other agents that I used previously. Their general standard of property management support was good and when problems occurred, Nox were quick to fix things.

In the last decade Nox have done a sterling job at managing, renting and maintaining the property. The service we have been offered is one of a professional outfit . We have peace of mind knowing our property is in good hands.

I have had Nox as my rental agency for over 10 years. They are an amazing team, who consistently demonstrate what customer care and service should look like. (I wish my bank was like that!). As an overseas-based owner, I have often had to rely on the Nox team from housekeeping to accounts, from MD to PRO for maintenance, buying furniture, appliances etc) .....many issues - some very critical and urgent - others that must just be really nuisance value. No task has every proved too big or too small. I unreservedly recommend them to anyone in need of a highly professional agent who also shows empathy towards guests and looks after the property as if it were their own!
